If you have SmarterMail with Alentus, and wish to connect a mobile device that uses ActiveSync technology, you must submit a ticket to support requesting that we enable it for each address that needs it.

Please note that there is a fee associated with ActiveSync, that applies to each account enabled, of $0.99/mth USD. (That is 99 cents).

Once ActiveSync has been enabled, you must configure your device to connect to it. Please see the SmarterMail FAQ folder for details on various methods of enabling ActiveSynce for iPhone iOS, Android, and Windows Phone devices.
