Why does WebMail seem to stop when I try to reply?

If the original email contains HTML or other embedded infromation, the WebMail processs may output mangled HTML back to your browser.

This is due to the HTML output from WebMail being combined with the original message data when composing the reply. If the original message cannot properly be encapsulated into a text input box, problems will occur.

If WebMail is unable to create a usable reply screen, you can usually download the email into a POP3 client and reply from there, or you can create a new message back to the sender using WebMail.
