A split domain can be configured ahead of time if the users are not currently using our POP mail service. Basically what needs to be done is we need to create a forward on the POP server that will forward email to the exchange server for each of your Exchange users. As well, we also need to make a small tweak on the Exchange server for each of the exchange user accounts. If you give us a list of your Exchange users, we can get these setup for you.
