1. In Outlook, with the offending email open,
select "view" from the menu, then "options" - a window will open named
"Message Options".
2. Near the bottom of "Message Options" is a text box labelled "Internet
Headers"; click inside the text box, hit "control+a" to select all,
then hit "control+c" to copy to memory.
3. Open up a new email, click on it as if you were going to start to
type and hit "control v" to paste the header info text from memory to
the page.
4. Compose your response above the text block just pasted and send email to "support@alentus.com".
