Transferring SSL Certificate To Alentus Hosted Website

There are two ways to transfer an existing certificate to Alentus:

1. Email us the certificate files. You can attach the certificate files in an email message and send it to support@alentus.com.

2. Upload the certificate files to your web site. You can place them in the /database directory (a Hidden Writable Folder on your site).

Once the files are sent to us, login to the Alentus Support Center, and Submit a Ticket to the Techical Support Department and request a certificate installation ("SSL CSR Creation" from the Change Request Type drop-down menu)

Once we receive the installation request we can proceed with the installing the certificate. When the installation is complete we will contact you by email. Please note that there is a one time charge of $24.95 for SSL certificate setup and an ongoing charge of $1.95/mo for use of a unique IP address.

Alentus has made 1-Year, 2-Year and 3-Year SSL Certificates to its clients through our sister company www.lowpricedomains.com. These are available for purchase through the MyAccount.Alentus.com profile. Once logged in, select "Order SSL Certificate" from the left-hand menu, and select the SSL Certificate of your choice.
