How do I make a payment in MyAccount.Alentus.com?

MyAccount.Alentus.com is the billing console for Alentus clients

To view any outstanding invoices on your profile, do the following:

Login to your account at http://myaccount.alentus.com

Expand (click on the "+" sign) the Billing & Services on the left menu
click on View Invoices, or click the "outstanding invoice(s)" near the top middle of the window.
On this screen, any outstanding invoices will be viewable, including the amount outstanding.

To make a payment on an invoice, click Pay Online (on the right side of the window) on the desired invoice, or open the invoice and click Pay Now at the top.
Follow the screen prompts on the pop-up screen.

Note: If the Pay Online and Pay Now links are not shown to you, then login with the main account and change permissions for the contact/user as needed or submit a ticket to the Billing department and inform them the account username or email address you are using as they will need to change permissions on that account so you can make a payment.

Please note: You will require to add a Credit Card profile or a PayPal subscription in order to make the payment.

Please Note: We do not accept Direct Deposit or Wire Transfers.

** Important: Check to ensure you do not have any suspended services.  If you do, then contact Billing to inform them your account balance is now $0.00 as per your payment which will help ensure your services are reactivated promptly.
