SecureStor is broken: the backup log file shows “You are currently at your disk quota limit”.

SecureStor plans are based on maximum disk space usage on the Backup Server. As this disk space “quota” is approached, a warning is issued declaring that backups will cease once the quota is exceeded. In most configurations, this warning will be delivered to the person whose name and email address were provided during the signup process. The backup log file will also contain warnings.

If the quota is allowed to be exceeded, i.e. no corrective action was taken to prevent the space used on the backup server from exceeding the maximum allowed for the SecureStor plan purchased, the entire backup process will stop.

It is important to note that the SecureStor processes are working correctly; the over-quota condition, while abnormal, does not represent a SecureStor failure; it is working the way it is supposed to be working.
