It is not possible to connect to the mail server using the mail URL for your domain prior to the domain host pointers being transferred to Alentus.

Alentus provides an alternative means of accessing your email administration console (and accounts created) prior to DNS being updated. It is in the form of the following URL:

http://.zabco.net

Your Mail Server Name is listed in your Alentus Welcome Kit, as is the URL to use temporarily to setup your email accounts prior to DNS being updated.

Once you transfer the host pointers, then you will be able to use your domain name in the URL for both Webmail and the Email admin site. To learn more about transferring the domain pointers, please see:
