After much testing and customer feedback Alentus has standardized on the Urchin statistical product (see here: http://www.alentus.com/hosting/urchin.asp).

We have found this application to be the best combination of features and reliability that we have tested to date, and are sure that you will be very satisfied with the level of information it provides.

Please note, however, that this upgrade has caused us to incur extra costs. We are pleased to announce that we have been able to keep the cost increases to our customers to a minimum and even, in some cases, to no difference. The Urchin product is billed out at $3.95 US/mth ($5.00/CAD), the same price as LiveStats and a very small increase over the $2.95 US Webtrends price. Of course, if you are signed up for one of the plans that includes free statistical reporting, you will not see any new fees.

To ensure that you see no loss of statistical reporting services, we are currently running a series of automated upgrades. You will receive, or may have already received, a notice from support with your new login info. This will follow with an updated invoice from billing, if any changes were required to your contracted services.
