If you would like to have your SQL database restored with a copy you have OR a copy from our backup system, please do one of the following:

 - If you have your own copy, upload this file to your domain directory (../database directory recommended) and respond with the location of this database file along with your domain name and database name.

 - If you'd like us to restore a backup we have on file (we generally have the previous 5 days available) please respond indicating the date you'd like restored, along with your domain name and database name.

This request MUST be made through the Alentus Support Center.

We will respond when this data restoration is complete.

There is a $20 associated data restoration fee with either of these requests. If you are in the process of setting up your domain/database and require we restore a backup file you possess, this fee is waived.
