Computer using Windows:

1.Open two Windows Explorer windows. (From the Start menu, select All Programs, then Accessories, then Windows Explorer.)

Once Windows Explorer is up, you should see something similar to the following:

2.In one Windows Explorer window, display the folder you are copying from or to.

3.In the other Windows Explorer window, type the address of the ftp site. For example, ftp://example.com
  -The address bar might not be displayed. To display it, right-click the menu bar and select Address Bar.

4.Log on dialog boxYou should see the Log On As dialog box. Enter the user name and password as appropriate.

5.You will see all the files and folder in your web directory.
