To change your site's main FTP password, perform the following:

1. Navigate to the Alentus Support Center from http://www.alentus.com, click on "Support Center", or directly at http://support.alentus.com

2. Click on "Submit a Ticket" and choose "Alentus Support" as the Department

3. In the ticket form, specify the applicable website information. In the "Change Request" drop-down menu, choose "FTP User"

4. Specify the User to apply the change, and the new password in the "Message Details."

5. Click Submit.
