To preload an existing SQL Server database to our servers you can do it through remote restore, or a database client application such as Query Analyzer scripts, Access upload functions or other ODBC based applications.

Another alternative is to generate a backup of the database and then FTP it to the /database folder on your website. From there we can retrieve the backup file and will perform a restore operation to your database on the server.

Note: We cannot attach raw database files, we can only use a backup made from the Enterprise Manager.
