All web servers, SQL and MySQL database servers on the Alentus network are backed up on a daily basis. We maintain 3 days of backups on hand.

We do offer a file restoration service and can restore your entire site or database for $20.00 per restoration.

Note: SQL Server has an additional backup layer that enables us to restore SQL Server databases up to 2 days old without the need for charging the $20.00 restoration fee. We can restore SQL Server databases as old as 4 days.
