There may be a permissions error on your website preventing FrontPage from executing a form response. This has been known to happen after a website move to a new server, or if the FrontPage installation was significantly changed or had prior problems.

If this occurs on our site, please let our support staff know and ask them to check for execute permissions on the FrontPage extensions for your site. You should also let them know the following:

- Your website name, eg: www.mysite.com
- The form name, eg: myform.htm
- The specific error message you are seeing
- Any other information we might need to test the form

Submit a Ticket via the Alentus Support Center (http://support.alentus.com) to the Technical Support Department.
