This error means that the COM component that is being referenced is not registered. Log on to the Alentus Support Center, and Submit a Ticket to the Technical Support Department, providing details of the error and ask that the component be registered. Make sure to include the URL to the page that is generating the error so that support staff can complete proper testing. You will be contacted when this has been completed.
