Problems Accessing WebMail or Email Admin Screens

Having cookies turned off or other restrictive security settings in your browser can block access to WebMail or Email Admin. In Internet Explorer, adding your domain and alentus.com to the "always allow" catagory for cookies and to the "IntrAnet Zone" for security is recommended.

Problems can also occur if your LAN or ISP is using an HTTP proxy server. Proxy web servers can interfere with the online email interface. If this is the case, we recommend that proxying be bypassed for the webmail site. This may need to be performed by a networks admin or ISP.
